Robert H. Friedman, MD: Dr. Friedman has been Medical Director at the Idaho Elks Rehabilitation Hospital since 1988. Dr. Friedman attended medical school and completed his PM&R residency at the University of Michigan.

Nancy E. Greenwald, MD: Dr. Greenwald joined Idaho PM&R in 1997. She attended medical school at the Darmouth-Brown Medical School program and completed her PM&R residency at the University of Michigan.

Christian G. Gussner, MD: Dr. Gussner joined Idaho PM&R in 1995. He completed medical school at Thomas Jefferson Medical College and his residency in PM&R at Stanford University Hospitals.

Mark J Harris, MD: Dr. Harris is the newest member of our practice, joining Idaho PM&R in 2008. He completed medical school at the University of Utah, School of Medicine and his residency at East Carolina University.

Monte H. Moore, MD: Dr. Moore joined Idaho PM&R in 1994. He attended medical school and completed his residency at the University of Utah, School of Medicine.

Barbara E. Quattrone, MD: Dr. Quattrone has been with Idaho PM&R since 1998. She completed medical school and her PM&R residency at the University of Texas, San Antonio.

Michael O Sant, MD: Dr. Sant joined Idaho PM&R in 2002. He completed medical school at the University of South Carolina Medical School. He completed a combined residency of Internal Medicine and PM&R at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Robert Pollmann, PA-C: Robert joined Idaho PM&R in 2002. He finished his schooling at South Dakota State University and Ohio University prior to completing the Utah Physicians Assistant program in Salt Lake City.

Marshall E Gardner, PA-C: Marshall joined Idaho PM&R in 2006. He received his Masters degree from the University of South Dakota, School of Medicine prior to completing the Rocky Mountain College Physicians Assistant program in Billings, Montana.
