Mission & Vision:
The purpose of IPMR is to improve the lives of the functionally impaired. IPMR strives to provide a working environment that enhances the potential of its’ employees by encouraging mutual respect, job satisfaction, professional development and positive interpersonal relationships.
IPMR’s goal is to be the best provider of pain medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation services in southwest Idaho. We strive to provide care that is state-of-the-art, multidisciplinary, compassionate and professional.
Practice Information
Since 1990, Idaho Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation has focused on restoring function — the ability to live, work, sleep and play as pain-free as possible. IPMR’s medical providers have over 180 years combined experience using the most cost-effective, modern, conservative treatments available.
We care for patients with acute and chronic pain, musculoskeletal problems like back and neck pain, tendonitis, pinched nerves, sprains, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia and arthritis.
We also treat people who have experienced catastrophic events resulting in amputation, paralysis or traumatic brain injury, as well as those suffering from cancer, stroke, orthopedic injury; neurologic disorders like multiple sclerosis, polio or ALS, or assistance with a workers’ compensation injury.
Administration Team
Tiffany - MHA, FACMPE - Administrator
Tiffany, MHA, FACMPE is a Fellow and Board-Certified Medical Practice Executive (FACMPE) through the American College of Medical Practice Executives. Prior to being the administrator for IPMR she was a Clinic Administrator for Primary Health Medical Group and a Clinic Manager for Idaho Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. A graduate of Idaho State University, Tiffany has a Masters of Healthcare Administration, Bachelor of Healthcare Administration, and a Minor in Business. She is an active member of Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and Idaho MGMA.
Sasha - RN – Director of Nursing
Sasha is the Director of Nursing at Idaho Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, PA. Prior to joining IPMR, Sasha has worked in the Emergency Departments of St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center and West Valley Medical Center. She has also worked for Mountain States Urology as lead R.N. She is a graduate of College of Western Idaho with an Associates Degree in Nursing. Sasha is currently working on her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Sasha enjoys running, participating in obstacle course races, reading and time with her family.
Michaela – Operations Manager
Michaela is the Operations Manager for Idaho Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. A graduate from Boise State University, Michaela has a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Policy & Leadership with a Minor in Business. Prior to joining IPM&R, she was a clinic supervisor for Cardiology for four years and was a program administrator for the last six years at an engineering firm. She is an active member of Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and Idaho MGMA. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, being active, spending time with her significant other; their two dogs, friends, and family.
Asza – Business Office Manager
Asza is the Business Office Manager at Idaho Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, bringing over 10 years of experience as an Administrator and Billing Manager. With a diverse background in Family Practice, Physical Therapy, and Alternative Medicine. Outside of work, Asza enjoys quality time with her husband and two young sons. She is also an avid sports fan and loves to travel.
