Accepted Insurance
Idaho Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation will bill most insurance companies; however, patients are responsible for knowing whether their insurance is in-network with our clinic, and for any amounts determined to be patient responsibility. Please call your insurance company for any eligibility and benefits questions. If your insurance plan requires an authorization, please communicate with your primary care provider to have the authorization sent to our clinic before your appointment.
