Located in the Silverstone Office Complex on the South East corner of Eagle Rd./ Overland Rd.
Entrance: From Overland Road, turn South on Silverstone Way at the light, continue to first entrance on the right, next to the Meridian Library.
Clinic entrance: east side of building
Ambulatory Surgery Center entrance: south side of building
Driving directions: From I-84 take the Eagle Road exit #46, turn South on Eagle Rd., turn East (left) onto Overland Road, drive 0.2 miles turn South (right) on Silverstone Way, destination on the right.
